Responsible for the development of all Co-op renovations and improvement projects - from planning & budgeting, to seeing everything properly executed.

FINANCE:
The Financial Advisory Committee, newly renamed the Equity Action Team (or EAT!), is currently focused on helping the collective understand and assume responsibility for co-op finances and move into the realm of Member Equity.

FUNDRAISING:
Currently, on hiatus, this short term group convened to initiate and coordinate the Co-op's building campaign from 2009 to 2011. The committee typically meets on an ad hoc basis, which is usually monthly.

COMMUNITY CENTER:
Located directly above the Co-op, it is open to members and the local communities for meetings, events, art openings, fundraisers, board & committee meetings, dances, pajama parties, other fun activities.

NEWSLETTER:
Publicizes Co-op events and fundraisers; acts as a forum for the financial planning & records; alerts members to changes in staff, governance and physical plant; and is the main repository of Co-op member history.
