Our Meat, Poultry & Dairy products come from local farms, including beef from Maple Lane Farm, pork from Sugar Mountain Farm, eggs from the Cleary Family Farm where their cows, pigs, sheep, and chicken are raised in fresh air and sunshine. Similarly, Greenfield Highland Beef is raised on a rugged hillside family farm, while the chickens and turkeys run free-range at Misty Knoll Farms. Grafton Village Cheese Company aged artisanal cheddars have won awards, and the organic cream, milk and cheeses from Butterworks Farm, Neighborly Farms are both delish and healthy.
For dessert, it's all about Strafford Organic Creamery ice cream, made weekly in small batches using the highest quality organic ingredients, including handpicked mint & black raspberries, and fresh-ground coffee. Please sir, may I have some more?
