PLAINFIELD HISTORICAL SOCIETY If it illustrates or helps establish the history of Plainfield, chances are, it's here. The Society's collection of Plainfield history materials includes 700 slides made from private collections, 36 oral history tapes recorded between 1989 and 1991, a republished 140 page pictorial history of the town, and the much-loved annual calendar filled with fascinating old-timey historical photographs.
